Nutrition Rules
Do not add extra salt. We get enough salt in our diet. Start adding your salt intake up and you will be amazed. Even some bottled waters contain small amounts of salt.
Always eat for your body's benefit, not for taste if you can help it.
Eat small meals more often rather than large meals.
Eat food as fresh as you can get it.
Cook food as lightly as possible. (However, don't make your self sick from eating undercooked food)
Drink water lots of water.
Don't drink your calories.
Avoid junk food.
Cut refined sugars.
Use multivitamins.
Here is something to think about...
Some grocery stores are cheaper than others. Even stores within the same chain (depending on the chain) can have different prices. Create a list of items you buy regularly. Price all the items on the list for each store and you will see which store will save you the most money. Sales on items always makes things interesting, as well as, regular inflation and price changes. Compare coupons to discover true deals. When you have the time to shop at a couple of stores to get your groceries you will get the best deals, and get the best savings. Even shopping at different times and on different days can make a difference.
